STEP HOW TO INSTALL USB DRIVERS.

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim,

Shalat jum’at adalah sebuah kewajiban bagi ummat Islam, khususnya laki-laki dewasa. Kewajiban ini dituangkan di dalam firman Allah;

Hai orang-orang beriman, apabila diseru untuk menunaikan shalat Jum’at, maka bersegeralah kalian kepada mengingat Allah dan tinggalkanlah jual beli. Yang demikian itu lebih baik bagimu jika kamu mengetahui.( Al-Jumu’ah: 9)

Adapun kewajiban itu bagi kaum muslim laki-laki berdasarkan kepada hadis nabi; Dari Thariq bin Syihab ra bahwa Rasulullah SAW bersabda,

“Shalat Jumat itu adalah kewajiban bagi setiap muslim dengan berjamaah, kecuali (tidak diwajibkan) atas 4 orang. [1] Budak, [2] Wanita, [3] Anak kecil dan [4] Orang sakit.” (HR Abu Daud)

Dalil-dalil tersebut menunjukkan kewajiban melakukan shalat jum’at bagi lelaki muslim. Jika kewajiban itu ditinggalkan, maka ia mendapatkan dosa besar.

Kalimat Ummat Nabi Muhammad memiliki dua makna, ummat da’wah dan ummat istajabah. Ummat da’wah adalah semua orang yang hidup setelah beliau diutus sebagai Nabi dan Rasul. Sedangkan umat Istijabah adalah manusia yang hidup setelah kerasulan beliau dan memutuskan untuk menerima dakwah baliau. Pengeluaran seseorang dari ummat nabi Muhammad memiliki makna penetapan kekufuran seseorang.

Benarkah orang yang meninggalkan shalat Jum’at ia keluar dari agama islam, alias murtad? Mari kita tinjau hadis-hadis yang menerangkan bahayanya meninggalkan shalat jum’at, apalagi sampai tiga kali berturut-turut adalah

Barangsiapa meninggalkan shalat jum’at tiga kali tanpa udzur dan tanpa sebab (yang syar’i) maka Allah akan mengunci mata hatinya (HR Malik)

Barangsiapa meninggalkan shalat jum’at tiga kali karena meremehkannya maka Allah akan mengunci mata hatinya (HR at-Tirmidzi)

Ibnu Abbas mengatakan :

Barang siapa meninggalkan shalat Jum’at tiga kali berturut-turut maka ia telah melemparkan ikatan Islam ke belakang punggungnya (HR Abu Ya’la dari kata-kata Ibnu Abbas)

Dengan memperhatikan hadis-hadis tentang meninggalkan shalat jum’at, kita temukan bahwa tidak ada nash yang jelas yang menunjukkan batalnya keimanan seseorang. Memang Ibnu Abbas mengatakan telah melemparkan tali Islam ke belakangnya, maksud dari kata ini bukanlah melepaskan agama Islam, tetapi melepaskan sebagian kewajiban di dalam Islam.

Terlebih bahwa ucapan itu bukan berasal dari Rasulullah saw sehingga tidak bisa digunakan untuk memastikan batalnya keislaman seseorang.

Dari sini, maka orang yang tidak menjalankan shalat jum’at tiga kali tidak dinyatakan sebagai orang kafir, apalagi kalau ia masih mau shalat yang lain.
